When Did #Offtopic Turn into a Religion Vs. Atheism Forum?
IMO, the Flood was much better when you didn't have to wade through the Atheism > Religion (and vice versa) threads that have overtaken it, to get to the good ones.
Why can't everyone just except other people's opinions/beliefs and move on?

It's gone in cycles for about 6 months now. Religion>Homosexuality>Sexual Identity>Abortion.

When I started posting.

As soon as b.old rules died off.
-
It's annoying.
-
Since half the people got dumb and half the people got smart
-
I don't know, but it's pathetic.
-
We need to just stop with religious posts. They accomplish nothing. I have never seen an atheist, or a theist change their mind.
-
A while back. I blame Mad Max.
-
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
After the Gamer Girl attention seeking threads died down, Xboxdotcom started spamming 2 religious bait threads a day throughout January and February, and then idiots who think they're edgy started to make their own.

Since That guy that does incest, his name is noise or something like that. He always post shit about that and religion, oh and how smart he is.

Because humans will always argue over a higher entity
Accept others beliefs
Tell that to the religious-post Baitlords.

It was always like this. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS The fact there's been an upsurge lately means nothing. Ebb and flow of things here.

PRAISE THE GOD OF EVOLUTION!

Hey as an Atheist I would abso'freaking'lootly love it if all the religious posts vanished. Will admit seeing a sea of semi illiterate posts about the love of someone's sky god does make me angry and I have probably been baited a few times... So for helping contribute to the problem, I am very sorry.

Remember when #Offtopic wasn't polluted with religion debates? Pepperidge Farm remembers
I don't
-
It is not interesting to me either but I talk about stuff that bores some people, as long as you can scroll past I guess it is ok!
-
I don't know but it pissing me off
-
People take their first amendment to the next level on the internet.
I have no idea what i just said to be honest.
There is a mute option for a reason. Really, it is just a few people with louder voices than others than keep posting about religion. I thought that was obvious.
-
Since they got rid of the sensible rule to ban religious and political threads.

Edited by Noblebloodlust: 4/24/2015 8:49:32 PMI know for real its always the atheists that started this whole flame
