Kotaku is reporting that all legendary armor can be upgraded when HOW comes out. Did anyone actually hear them say or show on the broadcast that [u][b]all[/b][/u] legendary armor could be upgraded?! Because I did NOT see or hear that. What I saw was raid armor being upgraded. There was no mention that any other legendary armor could be upgraded. If you saw it/heard it - list the time stamp. I would love it if it was true but I saw no confirmation of being able to upgrade anything but raid armor.
