i'm so pissed right now after watching the stream on twitch, the thing i'm trying to figure out is what have me and my friends and all destiny players whom paid for the house of wolves really paid for..
deej and the rest of them who were on this stream said that the house fo wolves will be avaible to everyone.

For me i believe non dlc owners should not be able to upgrade gear or get to 34 simply because its unnecessary for them. They cannot get the PoE so they have no need for rank 34 or maxed weapons. The level cap should be set for whichever expansion, or none at all, that they last purchased.
