I got it with Counterbalance, Perfect Balance, and Third Eye. I want to try it in Crucible anyways because supposedly, it has a very fast kill time...

All those stability perks plus 3rd Eye might make it worthwhile, kind of the equivalent of an FN P-90 SMG. Which is something I would love to see as a weapon category in Destiny 2 (SMGs, that is). Those are some good perks, I never got one with that kind of combo. Might keep one like that my own self.
