Feeling depressed, lonely, and worthless.

Hey guys I know you won't think much of this but I'm just feeling this way. I have only a couple friends and every time I feel happy in my life, the happiness fades away in about 5 minutes. People call me lots of things such as "fag", "retard", and more. I used to love my life but now I come home everyday sad and I usually sleep for like 4 hours. The only thing that cheers me up is my family and music anymore and I barely see my whole family because they are working. Like I said most of you won't care but comment if you feel similar or you want to cheer me up. Thanks.

  • Start working out and or exercising. Getting healthier, more physically fit and stronger changes more than your body. You will also notice changes in your mind. You will have more energy, more willpower, more motivation, drive and passion. The first couple of weeks will probably suck but if you stick with it past that stage and allow yourself to get where you are seeing results, actual physical results, you won't want to stop. Once you get into a routine it will become 2nd nature for you to work out. Getting stronger makes you want to get even stronger. If you want some motivation to actually start a routine or training regime this is what I did last year. I signed up for the Spartan Race out here in vegas. 9 miles 20+ obstacles. At the time I was pretty damn sure I had no business attempting that shit. I was out of shape for sure. But I got together with a couple other guys and we started training for it. Before long if a week passes without me working I get anxious. But I was seeing results so I never wanted to stop. Long story shorter we did the race this Saturday and killed it and now we're training for the Beast. So yeah I really suggest the Spartan races. You will meet so many cool people out there and once you finish you will feel so accomplished. And it will give you that kick in the ass to get up and start training. It beats laying around feeling sorry for yourself.
