I'm at somewhere around 35 hm raids (not including multiple times on the same character helping other people) and I've never gotten it, and I even run sword half the time. I have every raid weapon (both raids) except Necrocasm and I have just about given up on Crota.

I can never get the HoC, Swordbreaker, or BH. Those just won't drop for me.

That sucks, they drop like candy from a piñata for me. Just can't seem to get the crux though.
