Anyone else think Mr. Fruit is a moron?
When bungie interviewed him, he said that if he could change 1 thing, it would be to fix shotguns specifically.
Well instead of just shotguns, they screwed over all special weapons, making them useless unless they regen ammo or by camping by the ammo spawn locations.
This by itself is quite annoying. However, it gets worse.
Mr. Fruit, having gotten what he wanted, immediately turns around and starts freaking out about the 4th horseman.
Surely I can't be the only one thinking he is a jackass.
Edit: I never said he was the reason they changed it.

1 ReplyWhat were they supposed to do? As much as i hate to say it, shotguns are supposed to be a one hit KO at close range, thats what they are made for. The problem was how ridiculously easy it was to find special ammo. The problem wasn't that shotguns are overpowered, it was that everyone used one cuz its was easy to use, almost all the maps encourage very close quarters, and enough ammo spawned to allow you to always be ready for the next engagement. The problem was the quantity not the quality. Now shut up and hit triangle or y and behold. Its called a primary weapon, dont be scared, i know new experiences can be daunting. I want you to take that primary, wether it be auto rifle, scout rifle, handcannon, or pulse rifle, and i want you to use it, learn how it works, master it. You may fail at first for no one starts as the best, but be diligent, persevere, and you will unlock your true potential. K bye.

Why do you think PewDiePie and his massive overreactions to jumpscares are so successful? Why do you think that there are thousands of channels all trying to emulate PewDiePie's strategy for attracting views and subs? What Fruit is doing is no different to what countless people have done before him.

1 ReplyWouldn't call him a moron, guy gets thousands of views after all, but I don't really find his videos that funny, it's like forced humour but if some people like that I won't complain. I wouldn't blame him for all the changes in pvp too I'm pretty sure bungie were well aware of how players were constantly using their special for the whole match, especially since popular destiny streamers/community members have voiced their pvp concerns a lot in the past, I like the changes in fact. But yeah I'm not into his royal fruitiness.

Because all YouTube guys who don't provide informative videos about a game and good how-to's are a cancer. Seriously who wants to watch somebody else play a game when you can do it yourself. Especially when the commentary isn't really commentary.

1 ReplyYes he's annoying, but there's an easy fix: Don't watch his vids... As for the special ammo, I played a few rounds of crucible for the first time in a while today and I liked the change. Now you use your special weapons on occasion instead as a primairy, which is exactly the way it was meant to be.

He's an media creator, he does his best to entertain the Destiny community. I'm not a fan of his sense of humor and his videos can be a little juvenile, but he seems to be fairly popular so he's doing something right.

Literally his "reviews" are just his sucking asshole in crucible trying to use a gun. In his truth video, he sucked so badly, he literally couldn't even pick up any heavy ammo and use the damn weapon but still uploaded it. Now idk about you but that just sounds like some shitty player being too impatient to get any decent footage and just shits out videos for views. And when he says "fully upgraded", it isn't even fully upgraded (though I understand the last 4 damage upgrades don't matter in the cruc-cruc, it's still a sad attempt at a title). Anyone who actually thinks Mr. Fruit is one of the best destiny youtubers are people who suck just as much ass as him and enjoy laughing at poor attempts at f@ggots trying to be funny.
