I agree. Sadly, until RNG improves, I'm sure I'll be too frustrated to keep playing much after I finish the new content.

How does RNG "improve"

Better, more frequent, more varied drops. Pretty simple really.

Change the odds . eg, uncommon drops with a 1/500 odds, change it to 1/400. I dont think that thats the actual odds, but thats the gist of it.
