Honestly, I feel as if though the Prison of Elders is going to be a breath of fresh air for destiny. The Crota raid was a disappointment and VoG got stale after the first few times. Four alternating arenas with objectives is going to allow for a constantly changing and interesting survival/arena experience. Plus there is going to be some sweet new loot drops and bosses included. It's like a raid that changes every week! Personally I wish it was 6 player survival instead of only 3... But either way I'm exited.

I never liked survival or zombies in CoD so I'll have to disagree. I'll more than likely give it a try but I will tire of those activities very fast. I may come back to the game but only if future dlc has raids or story content that doesn't rely on arena or crucible. Otherwise I'll pass. Just my opinion though.
