I know for many it is not about the money. It is about the fact there is no raid with HOW. They ASSUMED a raid was coming with it. Now they're mad. But why? It was their assumption! It was never announced by Bungie what was coming with HOW. They need to stop and think before they rage.

I think the larger point is that these things didn't happen before capitalism evolved the gaming industry into a DLC money tub!

Edited by freshlydunbread: 4/18/2015 6:43:17 PM
did you stop to think that it wasn't about 15$?
You see what I did there?? I asked you if you had considered that it wasn't about money. Considering the entirety of your post is comparing value, one could say that your main focal point is the money. No assumptions here!

WTF? "comparing value' ? Where the $^&* did you pull that from?

Edited by freshlydunbread: 4/18/2015 7:34:02 PMThought you were OP:) Responding to 30 threads at a time can get ya jumbled, my apologies!

Edited by Grzzld-Gamer: 4/18/2015 7:25:04 PMI was kind of agreeing with you that it wasn't about the money. (in a sarcastic way) Because.... You were most likely insinuating it is most likely that people are upset that there is no raid with this dlc. However, I find it funny, the fact everyone assumed a raid is standard. Hence, my pic & statement stand true. Everyone got upset because they assumed there was going to be a raid. So in reality, no one has any reason to be upset, except at themselves. Checkmate.

Edited by freshlydunbread: 4/18/2015 7:26:28 PMNow you're the one assuming:) I'd say get better at chess, cause you don't know what "checkmate" looks like lol

So tell me then, Einstein, if it isn't about the money, then what?
-
Edited by freshlydunbread: 4/18/2015 7:30:48 PMWell, William Sidis, I would say it's about the ongoing trend of making people pay more while receiving less. It's not about the money or lack of funds, it's about the value of the product in comparison to tens of years worth of great video games that gave you their entirety.

There is absolutely no industry standard on what will come in a DLC or how much it will cost. People need to grasp that concept. I don't like it like many. But it is what it is. I hate Activision & Bungie for what they have done to this game, how they've handled the community, and handled other issues with Destiny, and what they've done to the industry; and as long as people keep pre ordering, it will not stop.

Edited by freshlydunbread: 4/18/2015 7:39:36 PMThat's kind of exactly the problem. People complaining and pointing out that there's a problem is the first step to finding the solution. A solution which shouldn't just be, "well bend over and take it! Wanna play the entirety of my game? Pay for 2 games!"
