Here is what I know about him in relation to HoW. He tried to sneak through the asteroid belt and towards Jupiter so he could find out what kind of weird shit the nine were up to. He and his Crows got caught and the nine demanded that he be given to them. The Queen refused and gave them skills instead. Then, sometime between that and HoW he "escaped" from the nine. My opinion on the matter is that the nine allowed him to be set loose on the system because they're a bunch of bitter assholes who didn't get what they wanted.

Yeah man i believe the same thing! The story and signs are there i know he is the one that betrayed her with the fallen it seems to me like he wants to become the ruler! But will just have to see! The stranger also is kind of suspicious i feel that shes part of the family! Just that she went her seperate ways because she didnt want to be part of there plans! Also bungie should have made the fate of all fools the best weapon in destiny but it should have had all the elemental perks in the bullets! Void/Ark /Burn that would of being sick ass hell!!
