Most if not only time i lose with that thing is if i try hipfiring it. Sad part is that perk is meant for hipfire yet it's worse than aiming. Plus the RoF makes those 3-4 shots come out fast and if someone is bouncing around, can just time the shots. Other than hipfiring, i hit just fine with the right perks on it when aimed
