I agree with the pve part. But with the 1v1 thing the person has to hit 3 of 8 of his/her shots which is easier said than done with someone jumping around. It can be out dueled its not too hard.

Edited by Combo164: 4/17/2015 2:15:56 PMMost if not only time i lose with that thing is if i try hipfiring it. Sad part is that perk is meant for hipfire yet it's worse than aiming. Plus the RoF makes those 3-4 shots come out fast and if someone is bouncing around, can just time the shots. Other than hipfiring, i hit just fine with the right perks on it when aimed
