I'm really sorry for your loss. I remember losing my grandma, and then my great grandpa only a year later. If there's one thing that I could say to help its to know that they're still with you. That probably sounds cliche but I don't mean in your heart, the spirits of all your loved ones will watch over you and protect you. I guess what I'm trying to say is it'll be alright, because they haven't left you, you just have to tough it out until you see each other again. You'd be surprised at how much thinking about it as if you just can't talk helps to recover.
