Flashing purple triangle on earth patrol icon.
Noticed this with the update. What is this?

Look in your quests it will it will say "the taken war: Petra" when you open it, it will tell you what you need to do.

Why only on Earth patrol? And I believe that it is not the Queens symbol we're seeing, but rather the little crown for Heroic/hard mode.
