Bought mine from Xur. Never had to deal with waiting for it. Had another drop about 3 weeks after that and I dismantled it. Have had [b]one[/b] more drop since a few weeks ago. It's still not leveled. [spoiler]you only need 1. You can only fire one at a time so there's no point in duplicates with the app manager now.[/spoiler]
