Mulligan buff petitions
IMO opinions, mulligan is the worst perk you can get (apart from perhaps take a knee) and therefore it deserves a buff. I believe it is currently at 5% proc rate and should be buffed to around 25%. Bump if you agree!

The strangers rifle has a similar perk called rewind. It seems to work better as I've had an entire burst returned
