Bungie wants players to keep coming back for more and adding an Arc burn only for the enemies in a raid would change the game so much. The level wouldn't be on hard it would be balanced. Skulls on raids would make players come back. The loot would be a little better than a night fall. Take put materials. (We get enough of those damn thing while raiding) this would mean take out engram's and give out only legendary items and exotic items. What do you guys think? Let me know
