Vault bug for maxed out weapons/armor - inconsistent yellow border
Has anyone noticed that some of their maxed out weapons/armor in the vault have the yellow outline on the square while some of the other maxed out weapons/armor have the white outline on the square?
For example purposes, here's my vault: http://i.imgur.com/hyl2XYT.jpg
Note that all my weapons except for The 4th Horseman are actually maxed out. All of my armor (except for No Backup Plans and Mk.44 Stand Asides) are also maxed out.
Can anyone else replicate this possible bug?

I don't think I even have anything maxed out in the vault. :D [spoiler]I get so lazy after I get the perks[/spoiler]
