Not only can you either pre-order it or buy it later on, if you don't like what you see most places have a 2 WEEK-1 MONTH RETURN POLICY. Not satisfied with your purchase? You had the opportunity to return it. At any point if you complain about the lack of content or Bungies alleged false promises, just remember that any logical human being could take precautions to avoid the issues you are facing, and it is your fault, and only yours.
