The only weapon he sells is "nerfbringer" The only way you can shoot it is by collecting tears on the forums, once you have a full clip of tears. You can fire them at enemies and their guns will be nerfed by 6.5% Hidden perk [spoiler]it actually nerfs enemies guns by 23%[/spoiler]
