People like you who defend such a lack of content and will still throw your money at Bungie blindly is whats wrong with the gaming community. I dont care if its $15, $10, or $5, nobody should willingly shovel their money at any company blindly.

How is buying an update to a game that I've put many hours into "shoveling" my money to them? Have you seen what goes into these games? 20 bucks for an update to a game I regularly play is not a bad or hard decision for me, nor do I feel it's wasting my money...

Thats your opinion, and I respect that. I'm just saying I wouldn't - and others should follow - that they shouldn't make impulse purchases. The example we saw recently was the "No raid in HoW, comes later". If you bought the Seasons Pass, you'd be pretty pissed. But wait some time and make an informed purchase, and the truth comes to light.

Edited by rgill4: 4/15/2015 3:24:13 AMI'd be pissed if the pass exclusively said HoW will include a raid...as far as I've seen(and I've looked, albeit briefly), it doesn't. I'm not one to expect what's not promised, and then get pissed when what was never promised doesn't get offered Majority of people I know who bought the pass, purchased with the game, they probably had no clue what a raid was at the time, so if it did claim each dlc would have a raid, how does that help inform their decision? I imagine the majority of the whiners and complainers who bought the expansion pass feel entitled to a raid since the first dlc had one. One person prove me wrong, and tell me the whole reason you purchased the pass was because you thought it would include two raids.

Says the guy with 14 days played and who bought TDB

Bro, just because I play the game to get my money's worth doesn't mean I dont like it. It just means I wouldn't throw my money at a company without data first. Theres nothing wrong in playing to get my $70 worth that I'm aware of, unless you can enlighten me? Dont be so ignorant.
-
What I'm saying is you were being hypocritical by saying people shouldn't pay Bungie money for DLC when you bought TDB
-
But my point was Dont throw money at them without knowing what you're getting. I got TDB a few days after release because I saw the value in it. Example we recently saw: No raid in HoW. If you bought the Seasons pass, you would probably be upset if you love raids. I, however, made the smart decision to buy after release after I see some stuff about to weigh it's worth.
