Why not put an update to trade items between players? The game is far to long winded for those who work and have careers and commitments.. I want all the Gucci items too but it takes too long!!!!!! Trading between players would open the game up so much! The currency will take care of it's self players won't let the high end items go for peanuts so you still will have to put the effort in! Just won't all be down to PURE LUCK! Listen to the community and it shall get bigger.. All in favour?

You guys are dummies if you think their going to add player trading. You would have all of the best gear very fast and would ruin the game. Bungie wants there to be a lot of play time and there would not be anything to do.
-
Trading would bring farming companies and everything could be sold for real money...
-
Think it wouldn't work cause people wouldn't need to grind for gear making it far to easy to get desired items would also shorten the end game content where noobs good just get gear off friends with out having to raid or play events
-
Go back to runescape kid
-
Never happen
-
Trading would honestly ruin the experience a bit for everyone. Have you ever gotten God gear at a low level? Not fun in the long haul.
-
It was removed because that would take Destiny out of Destiny: it is what it is because if RNG. People who work need to suck it up and don't be lazy. I work too, but I manage just time without trading. It's just lazy man's solution and one that would ruin the game.
-
I am in total favor!
-
Bungie would not do this, there are too many down sides. This game is suppose to go on for 10 years. Its in there best interest not to have players give other players stuff.
-
-
There was. Watch the vid. A player casually said a player got gear from trade or "GAMBLING" BUNGIE is holding out on us. On a staggering scale. We have so much more content on our hard drives than what were using. The game is a joke because of what they're keeping from us.

There's not enough items in the game for trading...

Edited by o HULK SMASH o: 4/18/2015 1:14:00 AMWell why not finding a compromise?? One item per week with somebody from ur friend list and a blockade for recently added buddies. The item can be anything and so people would choose wisely!!! Think about it... Edit: let xur do the trade for strange coins and nobody can complain that the other trade partner didn't deliver. He (xur) has ur friends list available every Friday(-Saturday-Sunday). The list tells u with whom u cannot trade yet; otherwise u choose ur item; ur partner goes to xur chooses an item and both players confirm the trade for 28 strange coins. Why 28? U earn 27 every week on a lv30 weekly (with 3 chars) that balances the whole idea... People have to consider trading or buying. PS: sorry for the grammar - english is not my first language... Lol; but I think the idea is clear.

No, there are so many good reasons Bungie hasn't done this.
-
It would ruin the game. Ppl like you who don't raid enough or do iron banner should NOT be able to get those weapons. They will never allow that it would ruin their game. If you have everything you want you would play less, plain and simple, BUNGIE is a Buisness at the end of the day and they need people playing.
-
No trading ever!!! For the love of god please don't make this game any easier by trading. Play the -blam!-ing game you lazy -blam!-.
-
Yeh I agree it would ruin the game, dupes would be a good thing
-
Player trading would break the game.
-
-blam!-ing NO already! Close all these stupid "I want trading" threads.
-
Yea no trading grind the game for your needa

YES I APRECEATE YOUR THORY BUNGIE PLLLLLZ PLAYER TRADEING
-
No there's people that have like 4 gjallahorns that they could give friends to many people would abuse this
-
I like the idea but people would abuse it so my vote is no
-
Player trading / item is a very bad idea.
-
This would be good, but I recon they should have a set price for each item, players shouldn't be able to set there own prices because they will either do it pointlessly low (for whatever reason) or stupidly high (in the hope there's some stupid enough to pay for it), thoughts?
