I do neither anymore because I'm getting to old for that shit. But I used to be a wrestler. I specifically remember the football players would attend some of our practices near the beginning of the year in lieu of what their coach had told them to do. I would wrestle against these guys who were 40-50 ibs heavier than me in muscle and out - muscle them anyway. I wouldn't even shoot on them. After I joined the military, we were required to take PT tests regularly, there were men of all shapes and sizes I've seen while I was in, and I simply looked like an average joe. Despite this I ran circles around everyone, could conduct more pull-ups, pushups, and situps than everyone. A lot of the guys I worked with enjoyed lifting to look better. I didn't care about that. Performance was much more important.
