Just because you can justify something because you are vain in spending doesn't mean it is okay. I can literally get a Gravy and Biscuit for $2 and a free water, or at some places .15, and be quite content. I can also just eat at home and eat around $2 or under, which is EXACTLY what I do most of the time.
As for lunch, $3 to $4 is around what I spend. Large Fry, hamburger at McDonald's is $3. Splitting Pizza is around $4. 3 Taco's is around $3. Steak and Shake Triple Burger and large fries is right over $4. And so on.
So in any given day, not including gas, if I ate out (which I don't do every day), I will spend under $7 for lunch and breakfast, and eat dinner at home for around $2 to $3. So that's $10 to $12 a DAY.
Maybe you might want to learn how to manage your money more wisely and stop blowing it on frivolities, and useless spending. You could also learn to cook and be more self reliant. But that's CRAZY talk, right. Just be vain, be selfish, be self-centered, and don't deprive yourself of any pleasures. Isn't that the rule of the day with the wonderful society we live in today?
