I must be lucky then, I've had every weapon and item from both raids drop for me and the only exotic weapon I'm missing is the Plan C. Fatebringer has only dropped for me once but everything else multiple times.

Plan C I get often. Also get the last word often. I get a lot of repeats.

Yeah I passed on buying Plan C from Xur a few weeks ago because it's the weapon I see drop the most and now it's become the only exotic weapon I'm missing. I'm not a fan of fusion rifles so I'm happy to wait for the collection completing.
