Bungie reconsider your communication strategy on HOW #HOWFAIL
I'm impressed with the amount of common concern that has been raised with respect to HOW. People are pissed. They feel they have stuck with this game, and are genuinely concerned that they have paid $$$s for something that is not going to be valuable to them. My gut tells me the same having pre-purchased the seasons pass on faith. I have been equal parts paid back for that faith and disappointed since destiny has come out. The no raid bit has me believing HOW will land on the wrong side of that faith. Furthermore, when only 67% of players are regular crucible players (I'm sure the % is much lower for dedicated crucible players) the obvious support for PVP vs everything else is striking. Now to have a slow reveal on what you actually mean by "trials of Osiris" and "the prison of elders" is something that I think you will have to get ahead of. My clan, who is religious about running vog and ce on Tuesday nights are already saying "controllers down" because I don't want to invest more time in this game given what I heard yesterday. Is this normal announcement backlash...maybe I know I have overreacted to announcements before...but my gut tells me I'm going to be disappointed.
