Instead, I'd take advantage of the blurriness and make it more artsy by either adding some more noise or using filters that make it look more like a painting (dry brush, watercolor, oil) and less like a low res image, rather than trying to sharpen it. Play with shadows/highlights, etc. There are plugins for Photoshop that claim to beautify low res shots but all it is is a series of pre-made filters put together to achieve different looks, better to play with those yourself. Do you have Photoshop? You did great capturing though, it looks pretty "dece" considering it's from YT. That second option is better for action scenes where frames are moving too fast to capture accurately via screen shot.
