Not gonna lie this might be their saving grace. If they come out with like an entirely new story (tons of missions) 3 or more strikes, new multiplayer maps, more 2-3 person stuff. Then maybe just maybe this thing will continue. I am actualy happier now than when I watched the stupid pricy tell you nothin preview...

1 ReplyTBH we're getting two new end game activities, and they sound distinctly unique from what we've seen so far. Granted, raids are unique in their own right, but it sounds like we're getting a better deal as far as new content is concerned

If they've spent their time adding different mission types, more story element, and small group content that actually requires teamwork and not just run and gun whats the problem? If I have to wait for my dinklebot to open one more door or hack another console then I'll be pissed.

So pretty much 4 1/2 for content that could have been released 2 weeks after launch, and why, because the love their f'ing Crucible so damn much they decided to make 3 updates just for it, but added nothing to the expansion.

I paid for the double expansion....I'll play HoW, but if it's another disappointment like TDB....yeah Comet isn't getting my money anytime soon. I loved Destiny back in 2013 of the premier.....loved the Beta....started the game back in early October liked it....mid November early December I was starting to hate it, but TDB was announced and I bought the DLC (both expansions). Then I read the posts from Deej about TDB and hated it and wondered why I bought the DLC. Dark Below launched and I just grew in utter disgust on how they managed the game. They wanted to be different....well they are on a whole different base. I will play HoW and play it to the fullest, but I will not buy Comet unless it's given 8/10 or higher. No more. No less

That's ok, we got a new public area. A new game mode for pve, and a new pvp tournament. Not to mention that they did not say that the release was canceled. So a month or two after HoW we could very well get a raid. Besides its really close to the patch that is fixing the current raids.

Im pissed at bungie for not including a raid, Im more mad at myself because Im going to preorder this right now.(Shut Up and take my money) In all seriousness I will play this before i get all pissed off and say it sucks. Who knows i may enjoy it more just grabbing 2 of my good friends and killings things. Rather then getting randoms who are like Cheese it! Whenever we get anywhere we need to kill things. I always have at least 2 good friends on, its harder for 6 of our schedules to line up.

2 RepliesDisappointing. The news wouldn't be so bad if the Prison of Elders allowed for six-member fire teams, but the announcement claims it's only designed for three-man teams. That's a real bummer because my clanmates and I were really looking forward to going into the new Raid activity without any prior knowledge, to figure it out on our own. Now we find out we can only have three-man teams, so we can't all enjoy it together. That's a pretty big letdown.

3 RepliesIf the Arena is like Halo ODST Fireteam activities where you fight waves and waves of enemies then that is WICKED AWESOME! If it's some lame augmentation of an already existing multiplayer game type I'm gonna be pissed. Regardless there should have been a raid. If the excuse was it wasn't good enough yet and they need more time then I support the delay. I'll wait a long time for a polished game rather than immediately getting a piece of trash game or update/DLC.

6 RepliesWow this kinda sucks... Im pretty much done with the game for now... All im missing is thunder lord... Then im pretty much done.... Really wanted a raid to grind. Hopefully this crucible crap isnt lame and basic like ib. Thorn and shottys... Ill go back to bfh if it is.

I'll give it a shot. It seems like a cool concept and will save the trouble of getting 6 people so basically all can experience it. Now let's hope there word is true.
