Hello, I am writing to the forums today because I didn't know where else to go with this topic. [b]I did not receive my Tumbler Sparrow[/b] that was supposed to come with buying (or redeeming) the "The Dark Below" expansion pass before the second week in December, even though I had redeemed my code and placed in my downloads list both the Expansion Pass and The Dark Below. A bit of backstory: I bought the Collector's Edition of Destiny last summer and into Fall when it released. I bought it on PS4 with the intent of buying one later on in the course of the year (think of it as an investment). This was during the beta and before any sort of cross buy promotion was in the works (I also wanted the neat physical stuff!). Sure enough, I redeemed all the codes that came with it, including the Expansion Pass a few weeks after it released (I was in college and had it shipped to my house). Luckily my old roommate let me use his PS4 for weekly raids and saving the galaxy etc. He decided to begin commuting the following semester and brought home his PS4 before I had my chance to stop Crota. So I added it to my Downloads list on Sony's website before the scheduled date and I assumed that if I logged in on a PS4 at a time later on that I would receive the Tumbler as an Ambassador perk. Sidenote: I rented it on PS3 for Spring Break and it didn't recognize the DLC which was normal but I still didn't receive the Tumbler. So I thought I needed to use it on a PS4. My friends had a PS4 and let me download the update and check to see if I had gotten it from the Postmaster. Long story short, I did not, because it was no where to be found! I'm not sure what kind of prerequisites needed to be met ( in terms of time ) but I know for a fact that it was in my downloads list "as bought" before the deadline late last year. It's nothing much, but I think it would be a great addition to my fleet along with the future of my Warlock, wherever that takes me. If anybody on these forums has any power in this, I would greatly appreciate it from one fellow guardian to another.
