I'm a relative noob when it comes to it, I'm on my third batch now, first time writing an original recipe. Gone for a Black IPA as they're my favourite beers.
What's your set-up/favourite beers/tips?
I'm rocking a Brupaks Electric Boiler, Brupaks Insulated Mash Tun, Copper Immersion Chiller and two 5 gallon plastic fermentor buckets. Definitely want to get the Ss Stainless Steel fermentor with the rotating racking arm, looks like a joy to use.

Be careful if u screw up heres wut happens 1oz of bad alchohol= permanent blindness 2oz of bad alchohol= permanent deaf blindness 3oz=death This is not for all alchohol just worst case scenario.
