racism is state institutionalized, whenever government gets involved with, "racism" it just divides the populace as us vs them creating racism rather than solving it.

Racism goes far beyond the government friend. See racist pigs like the man who killed Walter Scott recently. He works for the gov but the gov didn't tell him to kill that man.
-
State institutionalized does not mean that the state tells you, the state invites racial issues and racism by favoring one race over another. The guy who killed Walter Scott was part racist but more so a militarized police officer. An inherent difference between the two, racist kills because of race a militarized cop kills because of power. I believe race made it easier but power killed Walter Scott more so than race.

I disagree

Police militarization is a much more prevalent threat, is far more widespread, and kills many more people than racism does per year. I never said he wasn't a racist I was just saying that wasn't the motivator in the murder.

And I'm saying I disagree, i do think racism was the motivation

He would've had more incidents on his record

He has past incidents of excessive force against blacks

and whites

Only saw the blacks part, could be wrong tho. There's just been so many racial murders recently I feel like race is the driving factor.
