There is a confirmed exotic sniper rifle that blinds enemies on precision hits.

2 RepliesSo we need new ways to earn faction reputation etc because many of us like to use or favorite class items but if we want to earn xp we are forced to wear these faction items that are in my opinion not that great. I mean what's the point if we can't use our favorite items from raids etc. So instead how about being able to slap a faction logo on your chest plate etc that. Another thing is many of us are still trying to get out faction shader at 20+rank and still nothing so I think it's time faction sell these shaders at idk maybe 15+ rank and still have the possibility of it dropping in engrams as well. These factions need work in short. Hope bungie and others see this.
