It seems like the RNG system always gives me what I want once I've given up. Still waiting for Corrective Measure to make my VOG weapons and armor collection complete. But since it's the last thing I need I probably won't get it until the day before Destiny 2 is released. Edit 5: since I made this post I've gotten an average of 1 vex per week.
