I believe that depends of the version of the mobile app or the mobile itself (Android, or wherever it's available). I have no experience with it (due to being on web all the time), but a Mentor I talked with about this had the same issue. It showed as - (minus) next to the stat. I've sended Siffow a full report about that issue.
