Why do so many devout religious people hate gays so much? We know for a fact gays exist. We don't know God exists for sure. So you want to deny them rights in the off chance that he might get mad? What if he does exist, and he sent them to fix overpopulation? They say god could be any of us. What if he was born gay?
Why do they call it unnatural, when they accept a book "written thousands of years ago" in which a TALKING SNAKE tempts people with an apple to commit sin? Where a burning bush talks to a man? Where one man can walk on water, heal the blind, feed thousands with just a basket of food, and rise from the dead? What part of that is natural? You can say he did it because he was the son of God. Still doesn't make it any more natural. But you weren't there, you can't prove any of that is real. You can prove that gay people exist though. There's too much hatred out there. I'm not hating on religious people, I'm hating on the ones who hate gays. Or rather, I'm hating on their hatred for gays. Stop thinking it's them versus us. It's just us, my friends.
Edit:underlined and bolded an original part of my post for a few religious people who seem to think I am lumping everyone together
To reiterate the bold and underlined: I am not lumping all religious people together. I am merely stating an observation that most people who are homophobic are religious. I am well aware that there are religious people who are not homophobic and even like gay people
Also, who the hell necrobumped this?!

I don't hate them. However, what they are doing is a sin and is wrong, and they know it. The thing that i hate, is how the world tries to accept them and say thats it ok to do and that us straight people need to "SPREAD LOVE". Thats what I hate. People know that it's wrong, but are cowards and don't have enough character to stand up and say that those people are ridiculous. They chose to be like that. Gays say that they are born that way. NO! Men are born to be attracted to females, and Females attracted to males. They choose what they do and how they act. What they say they feel, comes from a life of sin, and disrespect for God's authority.
