Bungie Can You Please Remove Xur's Weapons From His Inventory?
I'm sick of people waiting every week for xur just to buy his weapon of the week. A lot of the [b]XURNERS[/b] shouldn't be spoon fed by Xur. They need to do nightfalls and raids like a lot of us that actually [b]EARNED[/b] our exotic weapons.
If Xur is going to sell a weapon every week it should only be Dragons Breath and No Land Beyond. This will encourage xurners to go out and earn their weapons.
Keep the hate coming [b]XURNERS[/b]. I didn't know Xur had a lot of [b]Kids[/b] that he has to spoon feed.

You go to work every day and get salary, then you buy lottery and win. This is called luck. You go to work and get salary and buy the thing you want. This is called earning. Play Nighfall for months and got 100 materials and suddenly RNG decide to give you a Thurderlord. This is lottery.

You guys remember when we all got pissed when bungie announced that we had to pay a shard and 7500 glimmer to upgrade our exotics. Then we all did it anyway b/c we probably had nothing better to do on this horrible game than work on exotics. I remember when trading weapons in to XUR was bungie's not so subtle way of making us play longer. Now we have Christmas noobs complaining about lord knows what, and oldfags trying to look like tough shit. The simple shitty act we used to complain about (some people even returned the game) is now a thing people try to hold over others. Just reflecting is all.......

I have three 32s and I do the nightfalls every week, hit the Gorgon chest, beat Atheon and Crota, and I still haven't gotten all of the weapons to drop (just missing Thunderlord). I finally got my Red Death thanks to Xur. As a Day 1 player with nearly 1,000 hours invested, I'd say I "earned" it, if there is such a thing in a game with an RNG reward system. If you don't like it, GTFO.

I hate to break it to you but you didn't earn those exotics from those activities you just got lucky. Maybe if you were a little more open minded you would see that other players on Destiny do the same amount of activities you do and have bad or even jinxed luck. Keep on lying to yourself if that is what you need to do to make yourself feel like you're better than others.

4 RepliesAre you serious? RNG is not earning, it's all luck. I've been playing for over 1500 hours and still don't have a thunderlord, while I have gotten every other exotic. Xur is there and is a good thing as people can be extremely unlucky with loot drops and deserve the opportunity to purchase with currency they have earned from playing the game and it's events.

There are more ways to "earn" something than getting lucky and obtaining it. Paying with coins that you earned is the same as getting a job, getting cash and buying something with that cash which you earned.

Let me explain: Exhibit A: You do the nightfall You do the best (practically carry the Fireteam) 170+ kills 2 deaths etc. Then at the end you get ENERGY Exhibit B: You do the nightfall You do the worst Practically carried by the person who did the best (above example) And you get ThunderLord Did the person really earn and deserve that energy? Did the scrub really earn that TL? But according to you they did. The law of equivalent exchange states that: [quote]One cannot gain anything without first sacrificing something of equal value[/quote] Now according to that what we "sacrifice" is the effort we put into a nightfall or raid (or any activity I guess). So with that applied, anyone who really tries their best should get good loot..right? No the truth is you could do the best and get TL, wow that's amazing you definitely DESERVED that. But you did not EARN it. It was simply and happy moment when RNG decided to gift you it. And that's great! Really it is! But on the other hand you could get energy and did you really put forth the effort that deserved you ENERGY? No you did not and that sucks. It's all genius really to design a loot system that will frustrate you then gift you, keeping you playing that game. People who claim they earn are blinded. Instead you [b]DESERVED[/b] that exotic. The amount of effort was put in and you got results! Happy day. But when you say that you earned that exotic, you are mistaken. So I say let the new word be [b]deserved[/b] and NOT earned.
