1. The new weapon shine
2. Any blue/green items in my inventory have to be immediately dismantled
3. Not being able to organize the vault
4. The class items always glitching through the sparrow or ground where you sit
5. The Armamentarium not changing color (like you said). I have to match colors.
6. The sparrow disappears too fast
7. One of my biggest OCD's is not turning in any bounties unless they are all completed

The sparrow use to disappear faster then it does now. They extended it so you could hop off, grab materials, missions, or chests, and get back on without it disappearing. It's long enough, sometimes too long if you do it quickly.
