So your point is? There are many international games that celebrate country specific events. For example, League of Legends is incredibly popular worldwide and they have events for Halloween, The Fourth of July, Chinese New Year, April Fools and some South American holiday from which I cannot remember. Even though those holidays aren't celebrated worldwide, they are still available for everyone to enjoy. Plus Bungie already did the Jackolyte for Halloween, another holiday not celebrated in all countries, so anything is possible.
