I inspect every single member of my fireteam prior to Raid and Nightfall. Everyone makes mistakes and might forget to equip or optimize perk or weapon loadout. It's quality control.

I don't inspect anyone's things unless I literally see them using a helm and wrong subclass...then I just laugh.
