If anyone wants a good clan to play ps2 with on ps4 sign up at tacticalgaming.net even if ps2 isnt your game theres plenty of games to find groups of people to play with. There is a test you have to take after signup but its just to make sure you know the rules and are serious about contributing.

Haven't played on PC for around 18 months, but at launch I was all over it and bought a new PC after the Beta wouldn't even play above single figure FPS. Graphics on PS4 don't look as sharp - could be engine age but seem a little washed out. Needs a bigger population, at present only one or two areas with 24+ each side so not been involved in one of the huge battles yet. So far lag seems none existent. Some of the responsiveness could do with tweaking - either too slow or all over the place IMO. Coming from the PC version it was funny to see the Beta player base running only infantry with no Sundies in use and little aircraft. Me and a mate literally cleaned up with a Zephyer. Over the past week that seems to have changed with vehicles now being used. I'll be DL'ing at launch and hope it does well. I've always found that this is a group game anyway so hope to join a decent outfit. My old outfit on Miller was a great bunch and we had lots of laughs.

It's an awesome beta and the battles are huge. Other than a few things that need to be changed it is really fun.

Never expect competence from SOE. Errr... Dey Break Games. Trust me, they will repeatedly disappoint you. That said the gunplay was copy pasted from the PC version with some slight aim assist added. It feels terrible with a gamepad and I don't mean in a "lol PC mustard rice Mouse/Keyboard 4 life" way. It's just bad. Otherwise it's effectively the PC version for better or worse. Mostly worse.

Looks good for a beta, needs a few stability tweaks and a bigger population and it'll be perfect
