Never forget the Xurned HOTPF
If someone in your fire team has a 139 descipline HOTPF it was Xurned. Also be weary when Xur sells upgrades with higher discipline on HOTPF as these dirty Xurners may try to hide what they are. I will edit whenever Xur sells the upgrade so you will all know who is a dirty Xurner and who [b]earned[/b] there HOTPF.

when Xur sold Saint-14 this past time it had a better stat roll than the one i already had, so yeah, i Xurned a second one. why shouldn't someone do the same if their dropped HoPF had a crap roll on it? in fact i think i'd think less of someone with a lesser roll on theirs because they chose not to upgrade it.

3 RepliesIn Destiny you only earn the following, level 20, experience, motes of light, strange coins, reputation, marks, commendations, the strangers rifle, and planet materials, therefore anything you purchase using them is earned. You could argue exotic bounty weapons are earned, however you need two RNG steps for these, being the actual getting of the bounty, and then the choices of bounties, but past that they are set tasks, so that's where the argument is made, personally I say exotic bounty weapons are earned. You do NOT earn anything RNG, and if you think your RNG gear is earned it's not, an iron banner level 32 is more earned than a raid 32, as you had to earn your iron banner rank.
