I have a question:
What motivated this thread? I haven't seen any stickies in the few months I've been on these forums, and suddenly this? Is this just data collection for research purposes? Is there any plan to correct anything? Can you give any background on what's causing any of the issues in the first place?
I mean, why go to the trouble of posting this, if that's all this is? Just wondering how/why this post came about.

As far as I know this thread has been around for quite some time. It only got stickied recently. I don't know why, but my best guess is that Bungie and the good men & women working on it want to get any data for fixes in the last weeks before the great 1.1.2. update. That's all I know about it. You probably won't get more information than this anyway.
