I cup my hand over my mouth and swallow the vodka hard.
"What?!"
My eyes blink profusely as I work through what you said. I TURN OFF MY COMM.
"OK listen. I am not 'dating' anyone. NO ONE has honest to goodness asked me out. Pushed themselves on me without my permission, yes."
My face saddens a bit as I continue.
"Suppose I'm too old fashioned, honestly. I suppose I should forego all of my standards and roll with whoever insults me or kisses me first. I don't know Bar. This whole love thing... I should just give up. Go out and wait to die somewhere."
Drinks more vodka.

I chuckle. "Holodramas, yeah boredom is not a good thing. Well as much as I'd like to settle down this team is a family, and a really bad habit that I don't think I can quit. So I'll probably just stick around." A faint smile alights my lips as a far off look comes to my eyes. I swirl the contents of my glass.
