It's really not that easy to use bud! I use it all the time and do really good or just all right, I might Have the perks on the wrong ones tho..

Well, considering this "glitch" is something that appears to be a fault on their (Bungie's) end, I'm pretty sure no one is going to get banned for using it. If it's something they feel is "cheating", then it is on them (Bungie) to fix it.
