I've seen this little bug in action. Honestly, I've only seen it happen two or three times a game. Basically, it's a crappy version of luck in the chamber. Do you label people using weapons with luck in the chamber as cheaters? I don't think so.
I've also noticed that the backstab perk for bladedancers is also buggy. I one-shotted full health players with a blink strike to the chest many times before. So, by your reasoning, any players utilizing the backstab perk on hunters (which is probably a lot), are all cheating.

It's not really my reasoning. The terms are clear: Exploiting an unintended asset (bugs, glitches, etc) to your advantage is technically considered cheating. It's not my words. It's theirs.

Edited by Moogen5: 4/6/2015 5:20:05 AMYou say it's not your reasoning but you sure are going out of your way to make it yours. You have no facts, no proof... you just repeat the same crap over and over. Just drop it dude, no one is trying to do this "glitch" you speak of. It was most likely a lag... gun was on his hip, didn't register it was aimed until a shot or two. Never seen a lag in crucible? Lol

I know you don't make up the terms, but we can't avoid the bug unless bungie fixes it. It's not like lag switching, which is a choice. We can't be held responsible for the developer's mistake. We aren't intentionally making the gun deal more damage. And some people have played for hundreds of hours to get a hold of that weapon. They shouldn't be penalized for using it.
