Marathon was an important game for me. It reshaped what I thought about first person shooters. Up till the point I played these games, I was going to the end of a level & pressing a button, going to the end of a level, pressing a button, going to the end of a level, etc. etc. etc. Then I played Marathon and found a game centered in a universe that had DEPTH. Not only did the story actually unfold during the game, but there were so many terminals that had information that while not directly relevant to the story at hand, gave the universe more dimensions and more immersion. Should there be a remake? Knowing the story of the Marathon Trilogy, I can honestly say that it could be retold so much better using today's engines. (and maybe some voice acting). Bungie - listen to an old gamer - make this game. People WILL buy it.

No i not even sure if i should buy the next expansion. Destiny had so much potential and they screwed it with dark below and gonna screw the game community again. Be better to get the next xpack when its half of or free
