Demons, Dark 1+2 Souls.
Wait for it...
Min level, initial equip playthroughs.
Demons was the Hardest, followed by DS2 then DS1. Because after super Ornstein and Abyss, the world gets smaller.
Final Fantasy min level, initial equips are also difficult... But easier.

Depends on if you used the Dark Fist or not. All things considered though I " guess " it's initial equip was easier than DS1... ... But really that's one boss, Abyss. You include the DLC and abyss walker was a joke. I have yet to complete DS2 DLC @ Minimum lvl. It's not a joke...

Yeah the DLCs were a lot harder than the main game.
