Can bungie at least acknowledge red bars in pvp?
They have done, in my opinion, a great job of focusing on, and fixing problems with the game so far and still are. Yet one of the biggest problems I can see is the horrible lag in most pvp games.
It would be nice to at least just hear from them anything on the issue. It's hard to fully enjoy IB or these inferno playlists because of the ridiculous lag in a lot of the games.

1 ReplyThey just did. Its hidden in the update, but latency detection is here. With help from reports, cheaters days are numbered. THEY ARE PISSED. They will probably launch server/network attacks again....so that sucks. But hopefully, & eventually they will move onto griefing somewhere else. It's not about winning. It's about cheating you out of the chance. That's their fun. I can't wait til they start crying here. I tried to warn them all. But nobody listens to crazy old man Krackcode. I can still see the future... Your chief prognosticator has spoken...or has he?

1 ReplyLag is mostly a distance thing. At least it has been in my groups. Some people have poor internet, but more often than not, bad lag results from people being on different continents. Bungie should probably filter matchmaking by region, but that would make it hard for you to find groups/PVP at 2AM in your area. So it's a situation that needs to be looked at carefully before making sweeping changes.

They need to address the lag or Crucible play will drop to 1% from 15%. Guys running right through shotgun head shots and killing you with... a weaker shotgun. I shot a guy in the head at 20 ft with an ice breaker... he kept running, slid and shot me with a shotgun. It's ridiculous.

2 RepliesI think the bars arnt always correct sometimes i have a green bar and lagg all over the place and most times im red baring but doing fine damage shows on time and every now and then ill find a team of red bars and it horrible how bad the lag gets
