Simple Weapon Glitches
I have three Ice Breakers and none of them behave. When I look at each of the scope options there is no change to stats. I know the game well enough and can sense the difference, but the bars would help me with my decision making.
I also have a fully upgraded Black Hammer but the yellow box is not highlighting the weapon icon; still has the green bar indicating further upgrades available. Other than that, the thing seems to be fine.
Neither a big issue, but a bug nonetheless.

The Black Hammer itself is fine! Bungie disabled the Hive Disruptor perk on it, because it didn't work properly with the White Nail perk. You still have all the upgrades though! The ice breaker scope thing isn't a bug that is normal. It just has shitty scopes. As for your black hammer they removed the hive disruptor perk is why it's still has a green bar.
